Product Availability
Our aim is to stock as many products as possible, although not always possible due to the type of product we sell. In most cases you will be contacted within 1 working day if there will be any delays to your order being shipped.
If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 1 - 10 working day timeframe, we will inform you by telephone or email and if agreed upon, ship the order to you as soon as possible thereafter.

Payment Options
Payment Can be made by Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order or Paypal. Direct Deposit clearance time differs for each bank, however this is usually 1 business day. For Cheque and Money Order payments please allow an additional 3-6 business days for clearance of funds before your order is shipped. Paypal orders will attract an additional fee, calculated upon checkout, all payments submitted using Paypals payment processing site are processed in realtime and we allow 1 business day for clearance of funds.
If you are picking up your order, payment can be made at time of pickup with Cash.
Pricing & Promotions
Tassie Solar will run promotions at any given time, the promotion may change to suit any influence as necessary. Stock is usually limited during promotional periods and Tassie Solar are not bound to supply the goods for a certain price at any time. Keep your eye open for crazy specials!
- Viewing Orders
- Your orders are accessible when logged into the "Account Dashboard". By clicking on "My Orders" you are able to view all your orders you have placed.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account Information you must be logged into the "Account Dashboard". To change any of your account details, click on the relevant tab under the "My Account" heading.
