Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. You may want to consider having parcels delivered to your work address for ease of collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tassie Solar if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

In most cases we use TNT Road Express to deliver our goods. This requires you to sign for your products on delivery. If you are not available to sign for the goods, extra charges may apply to have the goods redelivered, please keep this in mind when entering your shipping address. You should receive your purchase within 1 - 10 working days from the time you made your order.

Picking Up Your Order

Some orders can be picked up from our warehouse, however only with prior arrangements.

Damaged Goods / Shipping Insurance

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 10 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipients responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated in the product warranty conditions as specified by the manufacturer.

We recommend all shipments have optional transit insurance, if the customer decides not to purchase transit insurance it is their responsibility once the goods leave our warehouse or authorised distribution centre. At no time are Tassie Solar liable for goods which are damaged in transit. However we will do our best to investigated goods which have been damaged in transit through relevant shipping companies.

 

Returns

Generally all products we sell are not returnable. This is due to the nature of the products we deal with.

However under certain circumstances products can be returned for refund or exchange at Tassie Solar’s sole discretion.

If you wish to return any product you have purchased from Tassie Solar online, please read the following returns policy before making your decision.

All freight costs for shipping to and from Tassie Solar or authorized service centre are to be covered by the purchaser. If you have a warranty claim to process please contact us by telephone or email, we will advise on the best way to return the products. Any products which are returned without prior notice will not be processed.

Tassie Solar are unable to accept a return for products for which the customer has changed his/her mind.
