Warranty period and conditions vary from one manufacturer to another. Please request warranty conditions before purchasing from our website if you have any concerns. The warranty period specified by the manufacturer is that offered by the manufacturer. Tassie Solar does not warrant the products we sell, warranty periods and conditions - these are set by each manufacturer. All warranty claims for products purchased from Tassie Solar are firstly directed to us, we will then advise the requirements to lodge a warranty claim if we are unable to handle.

As warranties are provided by each manufacturer Tassie Solar at no time are liable for any details of warranty of the products we sell, however we will do everything in our power to assist in replacing or repairing goods covered under warranty. Tassie Solar reserves the right to deny any Warranty Claims for any reason other than that specified by laws in Australia,and any decisions by Tassie Solar will be at its sole discretion.

All freight costs associated with the repair or replacement of a product under warranty will be by the customer, Tassie Solar does not cover any freight costs for warranty claims.
